Whole Wheat Pasta and Chicken Recipe 

This is usually my lunch and again it keeps me full till I have a mid-day snack before my pre-workout meal. It has two ingredients and very simple to make.  It only takes a about 5-8 minutes to make on the stove.

Ingredients:

 

-101 g of Whole Wheat Pasta*

-192 g of Thawed Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast*

 

 

Cooking instructions:

Put the whole wheat pasta in a pan and bring to a boil on high heat. Pull the pasta off the burner after is been brought to a boil. Let it stand with a lid on for 2-4 minutes. At the same time cut chicken into thin chunks and add into a skillet or wok. Put on high heat and cover with the lid. Let it cook for about 2-5 minutes. Make sure to stir occasionally. Add in a generous amount of spices you like and turn off burner. Drain the pasta in sink and combine the two in serving container or meal prep container. Enjoy!!!

 

 

* Ingredient amount can be adjusted based on meal prepping, macros, family size.
