No-bake Oatmeal Cookie Overnight Oats Breakfast

Through my intensive binging habits I stumbled upon overnight oats. So this weekend I made this particular recipe for my family. They stated "This is like and oatmeal raisin cookie, with a slice of apple. "  The overnight oats are easy to pre-pair and are a great grab and go snack or grab and go breakfast item. Make sure to let them sit overnight!!

Ingredients:

 

-50 g Steel Cut Oats*

-77 g or 1/2 an Apple*

-14 g of Raisins* 

-172 ml of Unsweetened Almond Milk*

-1 Scoop of Protein Powder (I used IsoPrime Vanilla Carmel)*

 

Cooking instructions:

Combine Oats, Apple, Protein Powder, and Raisins into a jar or container with a lid. Add a dash of cinnamon and mix all the ingredients together (Dry). Once it is all mixed add in the Unsweetened Almond Milk, put the lid on and throw it in refrigerator, Overnight!! Wake up and Enjoy!!!!

 

(I like topping mine with cinnamon, a small drizzle of sugar-free chocolate syrup, or fat-free whipped cream) 

 

 

* Ingredient amount can be adjusted based on meal prepping, macros, family size.
