Ground Turkey and Sweet Potato Recipe 

This is usually my pre-work out meal and one I cat 60-90 minutes before I hit the gym. The flavors are on point and it is great with any spices you can think of. ITs a lot of volume with the broccoli added.  It only takes a about 5-10 minutes to make on the stove.

Ingredients:

 

-170 g of fresh broccoli*

-168 g of fresh ground Turkey (I used 93% lean)*

-145 g of Sweet Potato*

 

Cooking instructions:

Add Sweet potato and broccoli into a skillet or wok with a tablespoon or two of water. Put on high heat and cover with the lid. Let it cook for about 5 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are soft and broccoli is steam. Make sure to stir occasionally. Add in ground turkey and be generous with the spices you like. Cook for another 2-4 minutes stirring occasionally. Enjoy!!!

 

 

* Ingredient amount can be adjusted based on meal prepping, macros, family size.
